Guarantee Terms & Conditions

1. Guarantee Overview

We guarantee that when you file your next tax return, our app will identify at least $2000+ in mileage deductions you would have otherwise missed if you weren’t tracking. If it doesn't, just let us know, and we'll refund your entire subscription and give you $2,500 to either cash in or pay towards the IRS, no questions asked. You can even keep the app for free FOREVER as our way of saying sorry for not living up to the expectations of our app.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the guarantee, you must be able to show the following:

1. 1. You used MileWise to track your mileage for more for at least six consecutive months prior to filing your tax return.
2. 2. To find you thousands in deductions, we need some miles to work with. You must track a minimum of 5,000 business-related miles within the app during your 6-month tracking period.
3. 3. You must classify at least 90% of the drives captured by the app as either "Business" or "Personal" to ensure an accurate business mileage total.
4. 4. Provide evidence of your official annual mileage summary from your primary gig platform or other source. We'll work with you to establish a fair baseline. You can provide other business documentation, such as appointment calendars, work schedules, or income statements showing your number of trips or deliveries. This allows us to calculate your primary, point-to-point business mileage.

3. Claim Process

You must submit your claim within 8 weeks after the 6 month tracking period ends. For example, if you started tracking on January 1st, you must submit your claim by August 25th. No refund/guarantee requests will be considered if claim is not within the described timeframe.

4. Miscellaneous

1. 1. "You", "Your" and "Yours" for the purposes of this guarantee means the original purchaser of the subscription to the app.
2. 2. All currency references means US Dollars.
3. 3. MileWise reserves the right to verify the validity of all refund/guarantee claims made. If your claim is assessed as valid, your refund will be paid into your nominated bank account by electronic funds transfer.
4. 4. MileWise has absolute discretion to determine whether Eligibility requirements have been satisfied entitling you to a refund.
5. 5. MileWise reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim that is misleading or fraudulent. Failure by MileWise to enforce any of its rights at any stages does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
6. 6. MileWise has 60 days to assess refund claims from the complete submission of all related evidence.
7. 7. If a claim/refund is approved, MileWise will refund the full subscription amount paid by you, and also provide you with a $2,500 bonus to either cash in or pay towards the IRS, and unlimited access to the app for free FOREVER, no questions asked within 30 calendar days of approval.
8. 8. Eligible yearly subscribers from our promotional campaign will receive their complimentary items within 45 days after activation.
